It is 2bedrooms with 1.5 bath. Bedroom on 2nd floor and living room has daybed can use as a bedroom with door.
Our townhouse located in a residential complex. We are not a resort but our townhome is unmatched in quality and comfort for those families and individuals who want to be close to everything this exclusive island has to offer

Nice stay, bad owner
We had a nice stay but we couldnt get the dishwasher to work, the ceiling fan in the MBR is noisy and we couldnt use it. it was approved for small dogs and they claimed ours ripped a towel, which she didnt do. They sent a picture, said it was a special towell, demanded we pay for it and wouldnt stop texting to the point of harrassment. I had to block them. I would never choose them again and it soured us and the whole VRBO process. Take pictures of everything when you arrive and leave. Bad experience.

great stay, good communication from the owner. Issue we had was we were granted late check out for 1pm and had a dog obviously. We showed up to the property at 12:55 to grab the dog since everything else was already packed and loaded in the car and the cleaning lady was already in the house almost done with cleaning the house. the dog could have got out etc and it wasn't even time for us to be out till 1pm. Confronted the cleaning lady and she kept ignoring what we were telling her and just demanding 50 dollars when she came into the property most likely around noon when our check out was 1. that made me very irritated and most likely will not rent here again just for that reason.

Great Property
We decided to take a random weekend trip to Hilton Head, where we had never been before and this was the perfect place to stay. It was just minutes from the beach. My only complaint was that the neighbors were up very late partying and our dogs were not loving it, but that’s nothing the host control so I would 100% recommend to anyone coming to the area.
