Repairs & Maintenance Needed
There were positives to our visit. The host, Michael, was responsive and professional. Also, we have stayed at Bella Vista before and like the location & complex. This unit needs additional repairs & maintenance to be listed on VRBO. Issues include, carpet on stairs and rug in living area need to be cleaned (carpet on stairs are filthy). The toilet in the upstairs bathroom does not flush (water turned off during our visit) and was not repaired during our 3 day stay. The first floor guest bathroom was repaired during our visit but failed to refill with water after flushing. We can provide photos regarding additional repair / maintenance issues. Proceed with caution as this unit was a disappointment to experienced travelers and VRBO customers.

Double booked
Our unit was double booked so when we arrived to check in someone else was staying there. Our manager agreed to cancel the reservation but I don’t think he did. We had financed the trip and are still waiting for the manager to notify the finance company that it was cancelled. Trying to get back in touch the manager so we can be released from the loan but he has not yet responded.
