Come stay at a relaxing, resort style home surrounded by an active vineyard! There are 5 beautiful bedrooms on the top floor in this amazing spacious home that easily sleeps everyone. Perfect for family gatherings as well as friends getaways. A few minutes from Oak Glen wedding venues. Huge backyard with Pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ. First floor kitchen built for entertaining(10seat dining), TV w/streaming channels, pool table and ping pong table, music room w/instruments and a baby grand piano!

No loud noise in the backyard (no amplified music). The neighbors will call the police and you will be charged a fine of $1,000 if this occurs.
Do not put objects into the pool of any kind. If the pool pump is clogged with rocks or other items, there is a $500 minimum repair/cleaning charge.
Put dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Put trash bags in the bins inside the garage. Lock all windows and doors before you leave.

This was the perfect location for our family. Our beautiful daughter married at Serendipity Garden Weddings which is just six minutes away. Ann, the owner, is an excellent communicator.

I've always wanted to plant a vineyard and make wine. My dream came true when I purchased this home in 2021 and planted 1,000 cabernet sauvignon vines. It's my pleasure to share my home with guests and I love that folks have booked my home to have family gatherings and friends getaway weekends.

Why they chose this property

Yucaipa is on track to become a SoCal Napa Valley. The wine that is made here is wonderful and the vineyards are nestled among the foothills of San Gorgonio Mountain, the highest peak in Southern California. It's such a beautiful area and I'm happy to share it with my guests!

What makes this property unique

My home is bright and open, has a salt water pool with hot tub, and most notable is a 1.5 acre cabernet sauvignon grape vineyard.
