Beautiful community
This condo is super clean, located in a quiet, peaceful community, close to the beach with shuttle service available, pool and hot tub are close walk across the parking lot. Lanai was great for relaxing in the morning or evening. People were friendly, Sherry was great to work with and readily available if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again. A couple of suggestions for improvements: since it is a condo that notes it can sleep 6, it could use a bit more seating in the living area for enjoying down time, movie watching, etc. Kitchen was well stocked with exception of cookie/baking sheet and hot mits for use of oven.

Wild Pines Bonita Bay 2 bedroom condo
We loved the location, space and view. The only downside is the owner replaced the vertical blinds ill-fitting curtains.

Easy location, everything available
Enjoyed the location and set up of this condo. The Bonita Bay community in Bonita Springs has everything you could ask for. The layout of the unit offers two separate sleeping wings, a nice gathering area and a large L-shaped lanai. Our 2-week stay felt too short. Also, our host’s host—Sherry—was timely as well as friendly with all communications.

Unit was centrally located in Bonita Springs and had easy access via courtesy van to a private beach. The unit and the amenities were as described. The property manager, Sherry, was excellent. She answered all our questions before and during our stay in a timely manner. She was fantastic.

Fabulous Location & Property
The location of this property is incredible. The pool and hot tub are a quick walk across the parking lot, it has access to the beach (shuttle service), miles of walking and biking trails are just outside the door, world class shopping is close by, as well as tons of restaurants, a movie theatre, and a mini golf course are also just up the road. The unit itself is wonderful. The floor plan suited our family well and the owner has clearly put a lot of love, thought and energy into it. It's the little things... an umbrella, pool noodles, Wild Pines towels. The management company representative was also very responsive (even on Christmas, thank you Sherry). The only negative was that a nearby unit was undergoing construction on its deck/lanai but frankly the sound really didn't bother us. We'll definitely consider this unit again.
