The Menlo Guesthouse

A vintage, lower flat in a 100-year-old duplex with modern comforts and conveniences. Perfect for short or long stays while visiting Milwaukee. Situated in the walkable/bikeable Milwaukee neighborhood of Shorewood. The flat is located just a few blocks north of UWM and a few blocks east of the Oak Leaf Trail. Three minutes from Atwater Beach. Ten minutes or less to Bradford Beach, museums, and Summer Fest. Fifteen minutes or less to Fiserv Forum, Panther Arena, and American Family Field. Guest are given full access to the first floor flat, front porch, and parking pad in front of house. Owners occupy the upstairs flat with their children but are respectful of the privacy of the first floor guests. The space offers the following: comfortable queen beds, wall-mounted Fire Tvs offering Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO Max, and Disney + in bedrooms and living room, well-equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer in unit, and desks for working space. All bedding and linens included.

Adorable and well stocked
The flat is adorable, well decorated, and equipped with everything you need. It was spotless and homey. It was actually the most well stocked VRBO I have ever been to. Savannah was a generous and gracious host. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.
