This beautiful 3 Yr old home is completely furnished and has everything you need for your stay including linens, towels, kitchen necessities, a propane grill, washer & dryer, etc. Has stainless steel appliances in a open kitchen with bar. All utilities, cable and wifi are included in the price. The 3rd bedroom is currently set up as an office. Base rate is $2000 per month. Peak season (January through April) is $4000 per month. A nice house in Saharita
Very nice property. We were very comfortable during the stay. Sleeping accommodations were satisfactory, cooking accommodations were very good ( nice food pantry ), back yard was clean and very nice to sit when the weather cooperated. We would rent it again if we came back to Green Valley for a winter break.

This house was great for our stay. It had everything that we needed for our one month stay. The owner and property manager were very helpful with any of our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this house.
