This romantic one-bedroom house is modern yet rustic, built on an exposed boulder, nestled between pine, oak, maple and other local trees. The house has a beautiful reverse board and batten pine wood and local stone façade with large windows to enjoy the landscape above the boulder. You are within the trees and birds. Wake up with the sun rise and relax by the fire with the sunset & Catskills peeking between the trees.

Second Floor
The great room encompasses the kitchen, dining, comfortable living space, large screen smart TV, wood burning fireplace, a “chill “reading nook with picturesque windows and balconies maximizing views from all sides of the house.
There is a separate Den that functions as a sleeping space & office space with a convertible, super plush twin bed, a private full bathroom and a Juliette balcony.
First Floor
Main bedroom suite includes a king bed, gas fireplace, 2-person shower steam room, double vanity, an oversized soaking tub and a balcony to enjoy the most tranquil east forest view.
Carpentry
Boulder Tree House has exposed random pine wood rough cut decking and random finished flooring, and rough-cut pine wood beams. All walls and windows have soft round edges.
House comfort products
For your comfort, we offer luxury linens and towels. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap. For your convenience, we have coffee, olive oil, salt, pepper, spices and honey. You are welcome to take any unused goodies with you.
Boulder Tree House 🌲🌲🌲- exterior
House sits on a very secluded 5-acre property, surrounded by beautiful pine, oak, maple and other local trees with private walking paths or just make your own.
There is a Chiminea with 3 chairs to enjoy the outdoors with incredible views of the property, moon and view of Boulder Tree House. Please note, in extreme weather conditions, the fire pit may not be accessible for use.
The winding driveway up and over a hill leads to the house and parking area for 2 cars.

Romantic archirectural gem
My wife and i absolutely loved this home. It is really a very special place. The area was quiet and still very close to the wonderful village of Rhinebeck and all the other beautiful areas of the Hudson Valley. We cannot wait to go back.
