Ótima casa para viajar em familia.
eu e minha família fomos no fds do dia 25/1/19, 10 pessoas. a casa é muito boa, são duas construções sendo a casa da frente de madeira com 2 quartos (1 suite), uma ampla sala e uma cozinha não muito grande que tem acessos para o corredor lateral da casa e para a sala, na cozinha também há um balcão que interliga a sala.Nos fundos possui outra construção, com 2 suites, 1 delas é bem grande com 2 camas de casal e cabe mais um colchão no chão de casal, o outro quarto é menor com uma cama de casal e 1 beliche. casa possui ventiladores de teto, mas para os quartos do fundos é bom levar ventiladores, pois o teto é muito alto e não dá muita conta. Cozinha com utensilios domesticos e panelas. na frente possui uma bela varanda com 2 mesas para as refeições diárias, que dá uma bela vista para montanha. a piscina e churrasqueira ficam nesta varanda! piscina bem limpa como nas fotos. fomos em 4 carros, mas na garagem só cabem 3. considerando uma pickup. casa também bem limpa e organizada. O caseiro DIDI é muito atencioso e sempre de prontidão. todo dia de manhã vinha limpar a piscina. O proprietário Márcio também bem atencioso e sempre a disposição para tirar as dúvidas. já conheço juquehy ha 10 anos e tenho ido para lá com familia e alugando casas ha uns 5 anos e de todas que fomos, esta foi a melhor. certamente voltaremos!!! a região fica a casa é bem tranquila com um condominio bem na frente e boa vizinhança. para quem conhece juquei a casa fica numa travessa da rua mauricio benedito faustino, rua do shopping juquei (shopping branco) ha umas 5 quadras da praia.

Casa maravilhosa! Muito bem equipada, espaço para estacionamento otimo, quartos e camas excelentes, e sem falar na maravilhosa área de lazer disponível! Não dá vontade nem de ir a praia! Recomendo a todos, pois com certeza é um ótimo custo beneficio!

O interior da casa e da edícula são excelentes, bastante camas/colchões e ventilador de teto em todos os quartos. Mas a área de lazer é sensacional!!!!! Passaria o dia tranquilamente sem precisar ir pra praia.
