Beautiful renovated home in a modern and comfortable style where you can enjoy great living! Yes, there are smart tv’s in every room for your comfort! This home is located nearby several shopping centers and restaurants and of course minutes away from the famous Lake Lanier. From Margaritaville to wonderful attractions from walk/jogging trails to water park, jet skiing, boat rentals and more! ***Another famous attraction near here is Chateau Elan winery & Golf . This is a must visit place under 15min away.
We love the orchards and the fresh farm products that are available only 30 min away north. The great mountains and adventures are about 45 min away! ***outdoor seating and grill available. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, but we like comfort and added Sensor lights and cameras outdoors for our Guests!

New Year 2024
What started out as rocky turned out to be a great place to stay. The listing showed 2 bathrooms and 2 half baths. Needing 2 bathrooms was essential for us booking. Needless to say there was only one bathroom and one half bath. We had to make do. They did work feverishly to get us sports stations so we could watch the bowl games. I had to request the fire pit as shown in listing because we were going to do s’more, unfortunately the wood was wet and would not light. Went to put dishes in from our morning breakfast and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, one pan we had to scrub because it had caked on eggs and the dishwasher do not scrub. They did however; bring us 2 pans to cook with and some house slippers like you get in a motel. The place is adorable and was very convenient for shopping and visiting Margaritaville with our friends. I definitely would stay here again.
