Good for small group
This is a nice house in good, safe neighborhood. I was with two friends and it was easy to get around to the Phoenix area Spring Training Ballparks. We each had our own bedroom and bath. Everyone said the beds were great. One set of bath towels was provided for each room - five. I was glad I brought along bar soap as my bathroom ran out of liquid soap after three pumps. One friend said he had no bathmat. Other minor issues were my bath curtain fell down once - the bar needs to be longer and the toilet seat is not securely held. One of the two downstairs bath sinks clogged after one hand washing so I just used the other. Our group dined out all meals except breakfast. There are no baking pans or casserole dishes and only one cutting knife. There is a round glass dining table and chairs for four so any larger groups would find cooking/eating a challenge. Thanks to the host, Jose, for bringing us a usable skillet. There is a small five cup coffee maker. The washer and dryer are plenty big. Be sure to bring your own detergent. TV's are in bedrooms and not the common area. We get the feeling this is a new owner and new to VRBO as a small investment at a Thrift store and/or Walmart would really enhance the usability of this property.
