Gorgeous apartment, perfect location
We had an amazing stay at the apartment in Old San Juan. The apartment was beautiful, looked exactly like the photos. The location was perfect; it was within walking distance of the fort and tons of restaurants, bars and and shops. The host was friendly and responsive. Check in was fast and seamless. I highly recommend and would stay again.

Amazing location
I provided this property a 3-star rating due to its amazing location. It's situated directly in the middle of Old San Juan (OSJ), making it a great spot for tourists. However, there were several significant issues during my stay. First, the room was extremely small and dirty. The AC unit was positioned directly above the bed, which resulted in an uncomfortable night of being soaked from the cold air. I notified Roberto through the app about the room's cleanliness and requested to provide photos. He initially offered to move my room, but as our communication continued, he became unresponsive and never followed through with the room change. I also tried texting the number provided on the app, but received a message stating that the person was unavailable. Multiple attempts to contact Vrbo for assistance were futile, as each agent I spoke to claimed they couldn't hear me. Additionally, the room has a common area that is shared among other guests, which wasn't clearly mentioned beforehand. Ladies, make sure to bring a blow dryer although it states you will find one in the property that is false. The only thing that you will find is a very small first aid kit. Overall, despite the fantastic location, the poor room conditions and lack of communication and assistance from both the property manager and Vrbo made for a disappointing experience.

Wonderful Stay
Cozy room for two. It was perfect for our weeklong stay in old San Juan. We could walk to almost everything and discovered so many different places. Loved the fact that we could step right out onto Plaza de Colon but quiet inside our room.
