Welcome to our beautiful, modern resort style home with a massive 2,770 square footage and a walking distance to the Polo Grounds where events such as Coachella Fest, Stagecoach, Desert Trip and many more perform. Short distance to Coachella Valley activities such as Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Accommodates all 14 guests to the best degree of comfort.

Located in a calm and small neighborhood, our home offers a private and relaxing setting. The living room includes a 75 '' brand new tv. The dining room includes a brand new 55'' tv with a modern new dining table capable of sitting 8 people and there is also 4 breakfast benches located at the kitchen island. There's a total of 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. The main bedroom includes a comfortable king sized bed with a 55'' tv. A new barbecue grill is available.
