Cute and comfortable
We enjoyed our stay. I was in Denver to have surgery and the house was just 10 minutes from the hospital and convenient. Our only complaint was the kitchen wasn’t well stocked and needed a few things to allow making meals easier. No baking sheets, no strainer/colander, no bowls with lids to store leftovers in, etc.. Maybe it was stocked well for a tourist that would be eating out a lot but not so someone staying to recover from surgery. Otherwise, great place to stay! Very cozy and comfortable!

Quick stay in Den
Needed to find a quick place to stay for a few days. This was cute and clean place. Close to a lot of stuff. The house has I think everything you need. I loved it. It was a great stay.

This is an up and coming neighborhood. While many of the older homes have not been updated, the convenient location is attracting new business and investors as well as new residents looking for a property that has incredible value potential.

While it’s a small house, it has a smart layout, a full sized kitchen and all modern features. It’s incredibly comfortable and cozy any time of the year.
