The space:
At 720sq/ft this luxurious turn key space is two to three times the size of a hotel room with many more amenities such as a Free Wifi, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Jaccuzzi Tub, Hard Wood and Tile Floors throughout, Two Smart TV's, Double Pocket Doors to the Bedroom, Spacious Living Room and Dinning area, Washer Dryer Combo, Breakfast Bar, Dishwasher, Dinner Table and so much more.

Guest access:
This private apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building with private front door and stairwell leading to the apartment. Check in is extremely simple. You will receive a door code via text msg which will give you access to the apartment. If safety is a concern don't worry as there are strong dead bolt locks on both heavy steel exterior and interior entry doors.

Other things to note:
Green building: The entire building is powered by solar electricity and an 220v 30amp Electric Vehicle Charger is available upon request. Alternatively if you want to use your 110v portable car charger there is an outside outlet available near the trash pick up.

Great location, great space

Cozy, spacious apartment
Apartment was perfect for our 5 night stay. Very cozy and spacious with tvs in both bedroom and living room. Full kitchen. Host was a great communicator and very gracious if you need anything. Would definitely stay again

The apartment was very cute and well stocked. The location is convenient and directions are great to assist in help with finding the apartment. The flight of stairs up to the apartment could be detrimental to some. We really enjoyed our stay. My teenage grandson said his bubble bath in the jetted tub left him feeling the most relaxed he'd ever been!!

This place was great! Stayed here with my girlfriend for a little quiet weekend away. Check in was easy and there was easy parking with 1 designated spot for the apartment. We noticed the heat wasn’t working when we got there, but within 20 minutes of our arrival the host came and fixed the heat - it worked great the rest of our stay! Everything was very clean and neat, it felt much more cozy than a hotel room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cookware so we didn’t have to use plastic utensils, which was nice. There’s a Keurig and coffee and tea in the cabinet. The furniture was comfortable and the apartment was spacious, with plenty of natural light but also privacy. We used the jacuzzi tub and it was very clean and easy to use. There was provided epsom salt bath-soap and nice shampoo, conditioner, and body soap (not cheap dollar store brand like most places have lol) which was a plus. King sized bed and pillows were very comfortable. The smart TVs were nice, but only had Netflix, Amazon tv, and YouTube available as streaming platforms, with no option to download anything else (like Hulu, hbo, paramount, etc.) Location is great and is only a minute away from some of our favorite dining spots in Oswego. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place - the host is pleasant and easy to communicate with, the apartment has a cozy feel that I’d never get at a hotel, and my girlfriend and I would love to stay here again.
