Secluded CapeWest Cabin @Graford, TX close to Rocker B

Welcome to the CapeWest tiny home cabin, a secluded western escape. Located in the scenic rural Palo Pinto County side. You will be the only guest on 48.5 acres of privately owned land. Enjoy the large open porch, making memories by the fire pit & when dusk falls spend the rest of the night stargazing and appreciating the sounds of nature.

STAIRS: To access the cabin you will need to climb a small set of stairs.

If you plan on having a fire please bring necessary material.

We ask that guests always supervise their children when they are outside.

NATURE: This land is natural, wild and beautiful. You are a guest to the native creatures on the land. You will see deer/birds/spiders/grasshoppers, etc. You could see a snake, scorpion, etc. they are more scared of you but could happen. The roads are gravel so everything is a bit dusty or muddy when it rains. Inside is kept fresh & clean.
Guest access: Entire tiny home is yours

This is the only home on 48.5 privately owned acres which is also used to managed wildlife, for your safety we ask you stay stay within the confines of the gravel road to the time home & house pad. Any traveling beyond this area is at your own risk.

No entering the pond for any reason – no fishing in the pond.

Other things to note
LOCATION: This property is secluded. It's a rural 1.5-mile drive on gravel roads from Rt 337, just three miles north of the intersection of Rt.254. The cabin is only a 10 minutes drive to Rocker B Ranch or 15 minutes to Rochelle's Canoe Rental: call to use their shuttle service for floating the river.

Located just 15 minutes east of Lake PK Possum Kingdom where one can enjoy activities like boating, hiking, canoeing, biking & fishing.

For your safety & the safety of the property there are exterior cameras on the patio and over the parking area. There are various game cameras on the property itself.

There is room to park a boat in tow.

Original from Milton, Massachusetts but I got to Texas as fast as I could in 2003. In 2006, I found a country boy who married me and we have been opposites co-existing in the same life now for 16 years. We love our property in Graford but don't have as much time to spend out there as we'd like so we love to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

You are far away from it all. You can only hear the sounds of nature. Its truly a peaceful feeling when sitting on the front porch.

What makes this property unique

We walked into this tiny home and I know it was the one I wanted. Its got such charm for being so tiny. Its just the amount of manageable space for a seclude stay in the country.
