Park trailers with ease in the yard and make use of the boat dock for up to two boats. Guests can explore the waters with our kayaks and paddle board or clean their catch of the day at the fish cleaning station. Perfect Location!
We were in the area for a local fishing tournament, Rock the Dock. The house was in a perfect location to all our favorite fishing spots and it was super nice to be able to use the boat dock. The house was clean and well stocked. Loved the upstairs porch area, but the best part was the downstairs outside swing. Yard was nicely manicured and enough parking for several vehicles. Property manager responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely rent again in the near future!!

Shell Point Getaway
This house and location was fabulous. Water views were incredible and house was comfortable and well-stocked with essentials. There is a cargo-only lift available which was great for getting the cooler, suitcases, and supplies up to the main house entrance. 1st floor storage area had plenty of room for my inflatable kayak and equipment plus fishing rods and tackle equipment. Communication with Shannon was easy and very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns.

Get away at shell point
We come down to hunt and fish and the property was right on the water made everything a breeze would definitely comeback thank you again Shannon and Jodie and miss Jean

Quality Chill Time
Perfect place to relax after a day of neighborhood house hunting! We caught sunrises and sunsets, fished off the dock, and grilled on the deck. Perfect place nestled at the end of the road!
