Essentials provided for the start of your stay. Travel size body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Dishwasher soap, kitchen scrubber, dish soap, laundry detergent, kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, makeup remover, paper towels and toilet paper. These essentials will most likely not last you the entirety of your stay however they will get you started. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Restrictions on certain vehicles and parking.

Note to Guests:

Tents and canopies are not allowed on the beach.
Pool may be heated $65. per day at any time of the year.

We loved our stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in gated community close to restaurants, shopping and the Beach! Renda was warm, welcoming and attended to our every need. The house is comfortable, well equipped and the neighborhood is so quiet. We loved staying in Saige Place.

Beautiful house in stunning neighborhood
We really loved this house and Renda was an amazing host. We had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were awesome for the few chilly days we had- both heated. The walk to the beach was short and we had tons of options for food all around us. Would love to go back!
