About this property

Fram's Place

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. This home is a relatively new build in a completely private location. Spend the afternoon rocking on the porch (you might be joined by the resident kitty cats!) and the evening roasting marshmallows at the fire pit for s'mores! Our choose a more active approach, as the road dead ends at a boat launch, mountain bike trail (Dark Mountain), and a children's playground. You're in the right location for Merlefest, Faithfest, and NASCAR's North Wilkesboro Speedway! You're only 25 miles from Boone and the a High Country at this residence.
This 1100 square for home is a 3BR/2BA that will sleep up to six. Two bedrooms have double beds, and the third one has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The washer and dryer are available. A s'mores kit and complimentary hot beverage selections will greet you in the fully stocked kitchen, and there's a bucket of firewood and kindling for the fire pit. The fire pit also has a grill grate so you can even cook outdoors. The bench beside the birdhouse converts into a picnic table. You can swing some lazy hours away on the nearby porch swing. You will have access to the entire house and yard. Plenty of parking is available.

Quiet and clean home in the mountains
The property was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail was amazing. The home was able to accommodate all three of us comfortably, and we enjoyed the quiet seclusion at the top of the hill!
