Location and Space was Great.
We booked this property for proximity to family in Calgary. The property was easy to come and go from and on a quiet square.
Provisions for the property were sparse. No mugs, one dishwasher detergent puck, no face cloths, no broom or vacuum cleaner, no extra blankets, one stained tea towel, and limited chairs in living/dining area for 6 people the property can host.
The walkway from the sidewalk to the stairs is loose and sunken at the entrance stair/porch.
Cosmetically, the finishings are rough. The caulking is poor visually. The towel holder in a bathroom is falling off the door striker plates were in the wrong place or missing.
The thermostat was locked and set by the landlords. The furnace ran continually and in the back of the house rattled.
For the price we were not expecting a 5 star property. The space was nice as we were able to have family come and go. Economical price, location and space was provide by this property.
