Our 3 bed, 2 bath Townhome in the highly desirable centralized Mesa next to Tempe & Scottsdale is walking distance to the Chicago CUBS Training Stadium, 10 mins. from PHX Airport, less than 3 miles from ASU, 1.5 miles to Tempe Marketplace, & 10 mins. to Old Town Scottsdale.

To start with we encountered a sticky entrance lock, but hostess, Katie, was able to unlock it remotely. Then we had difficulty getting any television at all in the 2nd bedroom and throughout but Katie sent Demarco over to help us. Still, we were never able to access local network-affiliated television stations, so we were unable to watch local, Phoenix-area news, as well as NBC, CBS or ABC evening news and entertainment programs. We were able to watch Netflix and Roku specialty channels. There was also heavy staining in the carpet of the 2nd bedroom, unnacceptable to my sister-in-law. She ended up with the additional expense of booking & spending all 4 nights in a local hotel room.

Great location. Clean. Well stocked. Wonderful host.
Enjoyed staying at this location. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was amazingly well stocked with miscellaneous items that made food preparation easy. Great internet. Very clean. Thanks to the host!

Great!
I stayed at this property when I was in town to run the Mesa Marathon. The location was just a short walk from the expo/bus loading zone. Super convenient, clean and the owner was awesome. Highly recommend!!
