This cozy apartment is in the heart of Winter Haven! It is at a short distance from Legoland park, only 3.6 mi and 13 mi from the Amazing Bok Tower! Downtown & all restaurants are 6 miles away.
World Disney parks & Magic Kingdom are only 30 mi! How great is to enjoy the best of both worlds: activities during the day & relax during the night.
The backyard has lake view with its beautiful aquatic birds that will provide you with a wonderful & calm experience with their singing and flying routines.
Children will love it Or just for a couple's getaway.
If you love flora and fauna Winter Haven is your place, we are surrounded by Parks, hiking trails and our amazing Chain of Lakes for paddle board or kayaking.
Apartment is in a super safe neighborhood, nice for walking or jogging routines.

Winter Haven stay
Beautiful, clean, cozy apt. In the middle of the sunshine state. Loved the modern kitchen and bath! So many detailed touches to make our stay enjoyable! Plenty of fresh smelling towels, controls to fans and temperatures, and nice quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cute little place
The host was fantastic, was very easy to get and stay in contact with. The place had everything we needed, kitchen was well supplied, plenty of towels and linens. I wish we could've enjoyed the outdoor spaces more (just had a busy schedule) but a fire pit and BBQ grill just add to the uniqueness of this rental. We had an excellent stay. Will definately look forward to renting here again.
