Scottsdale Fashion Show Location Great!
You'll find all new appliances in the upgraded kitchen. Frig. door is backward. Bedroom is spacious, King bed & pillows comfortable. Nice to have ceiling fans in bedroom & livingroom. Bathroom is upgraded; beautiful walk-in shower. No electrical outlet in bathroom. Living room / dining room combo. Large smart TV with lots of channels & Prime / Disney+. Property is older, but nice. Swimming pool & laundry room within a short distance. Best is that your fur-faced kids are welcome. Owners need to be aware of upstairs neighbor who stomps around hard from 10 pm to 1:30 a.m. every nite. What's with that?
