Charming corner lot with central location. This spacious home has many updates. It is10 minutes to downtown Sarasota, 20 minutes to Lido Beach, 25 minutes to top US Siesta key beach, 12 minutes to SRQ Airport, 13 minutes to UTC Mall or SMH hospital and everything else Sarasota has to offer. 30 day stay minimum March, April and May 2023.

The house was everything we needed for our family vacation. Some things could have been cleaner but overall it served the purpose.

Sarasota stay
House was very clean and as described. The location to destinations in Sarasota was convenient. The only downfall was that the neighborhood was noisy. We were woken up often due to traffic sounds and cars with loud music.

The house was great, clean comfortable and close to Ed Smith Stadium (spring training home of the Baltimore Orioles). The pool was an added bonus and we enjoyed sitting outside by the pool at night. The host was very responsive to questions we had. Thank you for your hospitality!
