Would definitely stay again!
The property was super clean, organized, and it was an easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of amenities for our short stay, and the communication with the owner was great. We'd definitely stay again!

Absolutely fantastic townhouse close to the beach!
This is such a great hidden gem on Amelia Island. It is super close to the beach, a short drive to the main thoroughfare in Fernandina Beach, and in a quiet neighborhood. The house had all the amenities you could possibly need (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys) for a great beach day and was a relaxing place to return to each evening. My dad is already talking about making this our annual place to stay for our family beach vacations. 10/10 fantastic experience.

we are from the West Coast originally, but my wife’s grandmother has lived here on Amelia Island for the past 30 years and Here as a child. We both moved here to take care of her and help with her needs. We wanted to have a place where we could host our family and friends. Also be able to provide a place for tourist to come and enjoy this lovely island. We love being able to have a nice comfortable space for people to enjoy. We have made our space as we would make our home. So we hope our guest at home.

we love that our property is right across the street from the beach and right next to a wonderful restaurant with yummy food. You’re very close to downtown where there is lots of restaurants and activities to do

What makes this property unique

we have been told by previous guest that they have enjoyed staying at our property. That it was one of the nicest properties they have been to. We made the design as if it was our own home. It is our home.
