Sink into the comfort of our Queen Sleeper Sofa while enjoying entertainment on the impressive 65-inch HD TV and DVD.

The Balcony, outfitted with a table, chairs, and a lounger, invites you to relish the long-range views. In our Dining Room, a table with seating for 6 and a Breakfast Bar accommodating 4 provides a perfect setting for shared meals.

Our Granite and Stainless Kitchen stands ready, fully stocked for both the gourmet cook and those seeking a quick meal after a day at the Beach. Choose between a regular Mr. Coffee and a Keurig for your coffee fix.

The Master Bedroom, featuring floor-to-ceiling Sliding Glass Doors to the Large Beachfront Balcony, boasts a sumptuous King Bed, a spacious Walk-in Closet, a Dresser, and a Large HD TV with DVD. The Private Bath offers both a Jacuzzi Tub and a Separate Glass-Enclosed Shower.

The Guest Bedroom mirrors the luxury with a King Bed, Dresser, HD TV, and DVD. Its adjoining bath opens to both the Bedroom and the Hallway for convenient access.

The third room features a built-in Bunk Bed with its own TV and DVD, perfect for additional guests or family members.

For added convenience, discover our separate Laundry Room, equipped with a full-size Washer and Dryer.

Within the complex, enjoy two outdoor pools, including a zero-entry pool, an Indoor Heated Pool, a Gulf Front Fitness Room, Sauna, and Grills. Free WiFi is available in all condos.

Beautiful views of the gulf
This was my family's first time staying in a non-hotel location, so we weren't completely sure what to do when we arrived to obtain our parking pass. There's only one tiny sign that says "office" in middle of the second floor parking garage but luckily we found it. After that everything went super smoothly. The room was just as described, and the balcony and views were beautiful. We enjoyed the proximity of the location to all the restaurants and stores like Walmart or DG if we ran out of supplies. The condo was very well kept and clean and my kiddos really loved the huge jetted tub. Overall the whole family was very happy with the experience, and we plan to be back.

Girls getaway
The place was very comfortable and the views were amazing. The only complaints I have is there was no hairdryer ( I did reach out to the landlord and she did respond but that time she responded I was over drying my hair) but it would have been nice because it was listed as having one. And I would have liked beach towels and chairs available to take to the beach. Everything else was spot on and I would Definitely stay again.

Good now, few updates will make it great!
We have stayed in VRBO rentals for years! I think my expectations were too high from other rentals we have been in. 18th floor gives a nice view! The kitchen pots, pans, skillets, utensils need to be new not from years of use or a thrift store. The guest bed sqeeks , seems a little unstable, guest bath / next to kitchen needs new toilet (maintenance had to repair but then the handle stuck), tub needs to be renewed, chips in the base. Outdoor furniture table nice but comfy sofa set would have been nice for the early morning coffee and girls time! The two pools were very nice,
