Your Sedona retreat awaits! In the heart of everything! This family friendly 3-bedroom 2-bath home is just blocks from Sugarloaf Trailhead in *the* bustling West Sedona. Stylish and modern, you will enjoy amenities and comfort in this dazzling home. Open concept kitchen with Quartz counters and island. Fireplaced living room to snuggle up for a movie. The expansive yard is perfect for star-gazing from the hammock, laying out in the sun, or watching the sunset over dinner on the patio.
The space
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 Queen beds, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin size bed on top, Full size bed on the bottom). And the Futon couch, which can be converted from a couch to a bed, to sleep one additional person.
Guest access
You will have the entire house and backyard to yourself. 4 cars maximum between the 1-car garage and driveway. No street parking on Sanborn Dr.

A GREAT TIME AT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!!
Amazing home, great location! Beds are super soft! The house is clean and has everything you need! We hated to leave! It was me and my 4 adult children. Room for everyone and no arguing over bathroom time! The host is super sweet and answers all questions quickly. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood. Great view and backyard fenced! My kids watched their childhood shows and we cooked together! This was a renewal for us since my husband passed! This was the great time we needed! Sedona is amazing!!! Definitely book this home! Clean, comfy and provides everything you need!!!! WE WILL BE BACK!! The Sewell. Crew
