The Space:
Whether you are looking for a couples retreat or family vacation, you’ll find just what you need with a large private outdoor deck, heated outdoor shower and beachfront privacy! The first floor living, kitchen, and dining are entirely open with plenty of room to relax and socialize, making this a perfect spot to connect with all of your loved ones.

Wake up to water views after a refreshing night's sleep on the new comfortable Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses in each bedroom. The first floor includes a large king bedroom master suite with a private full bathroom and 12 foot doors leading out to the deck. The first floor also has a second bathroom , and a den/study room with a pull out sleeper sofa. The second floor features three bedrooms two of which have queen beds (one with a private full bathroom), and a twin bedroom that can easily be set up as a king bedroom, if you wish.

For those bringing the whole family, this property includes a Graco Pack 'N Play Playard with a reversible napper and changer, to keep your smallest loved ones comfortable. Enjoy sitting on your own private beach where chairs or loungers await you, or unwind around the fire pit in your private courtyard. The south facing private waterfront deck is spacious and welcoming - the perfect spot for an outdoor dinner or just a relaxing afternoon. The Neighborhood:
10 minute drive to beach, 3 miles east of Provincetown center. Hike the dunes, take in a whale-watch, visit the galleries of PTown, 18 holes at Truro's Highland Links Golf Course or stroll the village of Wellfleet searching for the perfect spot to slurp a dozen oysters.

Getting Around:
Easily drivable, bikeable, and conveniently located on the Provincetown shuttle route, which can take you to town every 30 minutes.

Perfect Get Away
Wonderful, well equipped house, right on the bayside beach, with easy access to Provincetown, whale watches, National Seashore beaches and the incredible dunes and nature of the Province Lands. Our English friends loved the quintessential American Cape Cod experience!

Very enjoyable
In general, we were very pleased with our stay. Location was great. Would have liked a better view but understood the natural grasses and Queen Anne’s Lace and rugosa Rosa’s helps the environment.

Wonderful beach house on the bay
We had a wonderful stay here. We really loved that our kids were in and out of the bay all day while we relaxed on lounge chairs. We used the kayaks and the many beach chairs, umbrellas and water toys. The house is very well-maintained and has zero signs of mustiness from the nearby bay which we appreciated for our sensitive family members with allergies. The bed are really comfortable and we loved the water views from the bedrooms. The layout with a set-off first floor bedroom worked well for our large group and allowed privacy when needed. The owner and manager were extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of for questions and issues that arose. We enjoyed being a very short drive from Provincetown and being able to pop in for dinner or sightseeing without making it a full day trip. Thanks for a great family vacation getaway.

family getaway
The house was perfect for our family getaway. We loved the location and enjoyed morning runs to Provincetown, bike rides and dune hikes. Private access to the beach was a slice of paradise. Eric and Susan were wonderful, responsive hosts. We will definitely be returning in the future.
