Bikes are provided for easy neighborhood cruising.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We arrived at the property to find uncleanliness including MOLD in the coffee pot, hair in the drain, dust all over the surfaces, unclean stove, as well as a nonfunctioning drying and pooling water in the foyer. We tried to contact Vacasa throughout the entire vacation with no response or help. Still our issues have no been addressed. The property itself was beautiful and in a convient location however the house was outdated.

Poor customer service by Vacasa
We chose this house because it offered a heated pool and paid extra for having the pool heated. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and we were not able to take advantage of it. Customer service did not solve the issue and did not credit even the heating charges, despite continuing saying that they were taking care of the issue. Still no news after 7 days. It is an older home that has been partially renovated. The small renovated kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are original but well kept. Overall we thought it was overpriced.
