Lots of Space for Whole Family at the Beach
I thought the property was exactly what it stated it was. There were 7 of us and we used 5 of the 6 bedrooms as they all had ensuite bathrooms. The only room we didn't use was the bunkroom, which was huge, but there weren't any children with us.
There was plenty of room for all of us in the living room, kitchen and dining areas. We were close enough to walk to a few restaurants and to a beach store, but we also rented a golf cart as it is street legal for several miles in each direction of the house. Nice location because it was very residential but also relatively close to shops and restaurants. Right on the beach and we had our own private spot.
Todd was very responsive to any questions I had and the home was beautifully furnished. Lots of room in the kitchen for multiple people in there at the same time! It was quiet.
The house was well stocked with toiletries, trash bags, dish soap, etc. The only thing that could be helpful for other renters is that we did take my mentally disabled sister. The listing never promised to cater to anyone handicapped so it was still as promised! But we did have a little trouble getting her up the front steps and the only bedroom she could use was the master due to steps in other rooms. Again, house was a promised and there were enough of us there to assist her and there were several step in showers that made that part easier, but this could be helpful info if traveling with someone with a handicap.
