One of London's historic buildings reinvented. Previously home to the Crown Attorney of London in the 1900's, this home was extended and converted into separate apartments. This multiplex building now features fully renovated and upgraded living spaces.

Steps to downtown (pedestrian bridge at the end of the street). This is the perfect place if you'd like to be close to downtown but not immediately downtown.

Your entire unit is separate including a separate entrance (foyer entrance is shared for unit 1&2), 1-car designated parking spot, a full washroom, full living space with kitchen and laundry. The master bedroom includes an open closet storage. The second bedroom includes an enclosed closet space. Outdoor spaces are shared.

Rare 10 foot ceilings! Wifi is provided to the entire unit. The modem and ethernet cord is in the living room.
