Property is close to The Factory, Gateway Casinos, Agriplex, BMO Sportsplex (all within walking distance) and Ten Minutes from the Highbury Extension 401 exit. Private Garden, rear deck for entertaining, new shower, sleeping arrangements for three with an extra Futon; new click flooring and newly-renovated main hardwood floors. All doors and windows have been replaced and the roof was insulated in 2022.
