Comfy 3 Bed Family House close to UW Children's Hospital

Welcome to our renovated and newly furnished 3 bedroom, 4 bed family home in Seattle. Our home is conveniently located near University Village, Burke-Gilman Playground and Seattle Children's Hospital.

We have Helix mattresses in King and Queen rooms with plenty of pillows and blankets. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen offers a cozy space with all the amenities you need.

Our downstairs area has the second Queen room with a table-tennis table for some great family fun!

Cute, cozy getaway
Absolutely loved this place. Close to shopping, UW, eateries, and a close by trail. Owners provided engaging toys for the kiddo and games for our family game night! Loved the use of the kitchen as we tend to cook meals even on vacations. Didn't use downstairs bedroom area but it looked ok as well. As a vacation rental owner myself, it was VERY nicely appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place in the University District
We came to Seattle for our daughters volleyball tournament at UW. This house was the perfect location for visiting the university. It was 5 minutes or less to the stadium even in traffic. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It's easy walking distance to a variety of eating options.University Village shopping center is maybe a 10 minute walk away. There are several grocery stores within a few minutes of the house. The house has recently been tastefully updated and is a very nice place to stay. It has an open kitchen and living area with lots of windows and natural light. We enjoyed the beds...they were very comfortable with lots of pillows and quality bedding. The ping pong table in the basement was a hit with our family as well as the outdoor seating area with a barbecue and potential fire pit. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Check in and check out were effortless. Just a note that people with mobility issues may find the stairs going down to the 3rd bedroom in the basement a little challenging. Wasn't an issue for us at all, but should be noted. It's a great place to stay for a couple or a small family. If we ever need to come back to the University District, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great stay
Enjoyed our stay very much. Comfortable beds! Great setup for kids - appreciated the pack & play, high-chair, and even a few small toys very much. Open layout is great for keeping an eye on the kids while we were cooking & eating. Good location - walked to get pizza one night. Short drive to grocery stores, donut shop, playgrounds... All in all a good experience!

Perfect little spot
This house is super cute and clearly redone recently. All is clean and attractive. There is only one bathroom, but it worked fine. The ping pong table was a HUGE hit. Lovely quiet neighborhood but easy to get to downtown, UDub, and both children’s hospital and UW Medical Center also all the sporting events, and UVillage. The garage is small but street parking was never a problem. Great little house for one person or a couple or a small family.
