Welcome to our house in the villages. We are certainly excited about having you as our guests. This adorable, ideally located Villa is nicely updated with all Stainless kitchen, fully glassed in Lanai for year round comfort and spacious deck with gas BBQ grill.

With FREE 4 seater sporting faux Ostrich seats, storage platform for carrying fun stuff, an electric golf cart will zip you down to the shopping, dining and live musical performances 365 days a year! You’ll have The Villages as your Oyster! BBQ 🍖 on the patio or skip to Lake Sumter Landing, 5 minutes away for Live Music and Entertainment EVERY night of the year!

Each room features comfortable bedding and tasteful decor, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath walking shower and walk in closet and desk for computer work and internet access along with satellite TV. The other bedroom has a queen size bed, quality linen along with plenty of space for you to unpack and make yourself at home.

You can unwind and soak in the bath tub located in the second bathroom. The queen sleeper sofa from Tommy Bahama furnishings is roomy and practical for weekend visitors in the living room!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook up all your favorite meals and eat together at the elegant dining table.

The Golf card can travel 15 miles on a single charge, and there is a phone # in the back of golf card to call if run out of juice.

We will order the guest pass for each guest so you can enjoy the pool and the activities in the villages.
