Nice property
I gave it a 4 because the television never worked even after bringing it to the owners attention. We were there 6 days and it never worked. There wasn’t any cable. Otherwise it was a lovely property. We were there for Dodger Spring training which was about a half hour drive away.

Nice Home in good location
Our host was wonderful. He was very communicative, turned on the lights as we arrived late and in the dark, questions answered promptly. Nice home for 2 couples and maybe a little one. Good location, as you have to drive anywhere to get to locations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Good neighborhood, pool was clean but too cold for us to use (weather wasn't cooperating this trip). Really enjoyed our stay for Spring Training.
