Scam and horrible
I booked this house for my daughter and her friends to come after her party ended! My check in was at 5pm I messaged the host on 5 different occasions to get an earlier check in and had no response so the day I was to check in we proceed to the house and the house is unkept, trash was in the driveway a car was in the driveway and the grass hasn’t been cut in weeks! I called the host 7 times no answer I messaged him several times no answer and he called me back at 630 and proceeds to tell me that someone else had booked the house and we couldn’t go in, mind you they took my money and he says he’s refunding my money to only send me some of my money so I call him back to let him know I only received a partial of my money and he gets really nasty and yells at me and I have yet to receive the rest of my money, so I suggest no one reserve this property it’s very bad business! I will never book with Vrbo again! Thanks for ruining my babies birthday!! If I could give 0 stars I would, please keep scrolling find something else because the host is rude and very unprofessional!!!
