Upon entering, you'll find a fully equipped, modern kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The dining room sets the stage for delightful family dinners. Our family-friendly layout includes a master bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, and upstairs, you'll discover a king and a full bed, along with an additional queen pullout on the main floor. Convenience is paramount with two bathrooms and a washer and dryer to keep things fresh during your stay.

This charming property boasts a nice-sized hot tub, perfect for unwinding under the starlit sky. Entertainment awaits with a TV in the living room, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. When you're ready for the outdoors, step onto the expansive deck or patio area and breathe in the fresh air.

We prioritize your comfort by providing essential amenities, including cooking oil, basic spices, a coffee maker, and all necessary cooking utensils, including barbecue tools. Quality bedding and bath towels are supplied for your convenience.

Between each guest stay, our dedicated team meticulously cleans and prepares the property, ensuring spotless surfaces and crisp, fresh linens. Rest assured, your sanctuary will be in impeccable condition upon arrival.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All guests are REQUIRED to SIGN the Renter's Agreement before checking in. This document comprehensively outlines the rules, policies, and terms governing your stay with us. By signing, you acknowledge and commit to adhering to these regulations throughout your tenure at our property.

Additional rules

1. If issues arise during your stay, you'll have to communicate promptly with us. Good communication between us (the host) and the guest is important for successful stays. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we are reaching out to resolve an issue.

2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.

3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved

4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10PM and always be respectful of the
neighbors.

5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If
there’s evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.

6. For noise complaints:
6.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
6.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.

7. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house you will be charged $300 for extra cleaning.

8. Follow state laws when using fire pit. Please make sure not to leave fires unattended.

Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash

2. Wash dishes/start dishwasher


Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example: mud on the couches, pet hair on furniture/beds ). All damages will also be charged to guest.

* Check out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out guest will be charged $200.

* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check out will be passed on to you.
