UPDATE: Minimal construction remains in other areas of the Sunbird property that may be heard from our unit during the hours of 8 am and 5:30 pm. The west pool (which is the only heated pool) is scheduled to open by February 8th. Tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts will be completely torn out and replaced beginning at the end of February. That area will be completely off limits to guests and owners until the middle of May. This limitation also includes access to the fitness room since the entrance requires passing through the courts. Our pricing is reduced for this inconvenience. Listing will be updated as soon as construction is fully complete!

Additional Onsite Fees Required:
Upon arrival you will need to check into the office for a parking pass and bracelets so you have full access to the property. Gate Security will issue if after hours and only accept cash after 5pm and on weekends. Parking is $30 for the whole stay and each wrist band is $5 (for guests age 12+). There is only one car per unit allowed. If you need additional parking, there is a lot near Ripley's Believe it or Not (across street from Sunbird) that is $12 per day.
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance especially during hurricane season.
Signed renter agreement and a copy of your government issued ID (driver's license) required to book. Security hold required of $300. Deposit to be processed by Host on Guest's credit card 2 days prior to arrival and will be released 3 days after departure. This charge will never show up on your credit card provided no excessive cleaning is required and no damage has incurred to the property or furnishings.
