NamaSTAY Beach House has been recently fully renovated and boasts three bedrooms plus two pull - out sofas in the living room and one couch in the sunroom which will accommodate six or seven for a long term stay and eight or nine for a shorter vacation stay. Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Gated backyard for small pets or young children. Wifi and Roku television. Enjoy a short walk to the beautiful, pristine beaches of Treasure Island or head in the opposite direction to the public pier to fish in the canal. Historic John`s Pass is nearby, as well as, amenities which include cafes, restaurants, hotels, Publix Grocery Store, pharmacies, a weekly Farmers Market, shops, and the beach trolley.
Once you're home from the beach, or sightseeing, enjoy a tranquil setting at your Beach House. A barbecue is set up in the common area, coin operated washer and dryer, and tandem parking - two spots. Book early to avoid being disappointed. $4,500. per month depending on the number of guests; $2,500. for a two week stay depending on the number of guests; and $1,500. for a one week stay depending on the number of guests. Better rates for a longer stay.
