Cozy 3BR House with Fenced Yard

Welcome to my cozy house and your three bedrooms, living room, two bathrooms and kitchen - all with your own entrance.
I'm living in the basement that has its own entrance so if you need anything I'm not far away. My house is close to main roads, restaurants and parks and my yard is fully fenced.
I'm looking forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay!
The space
My house is close to downtown Littleton which has a historic district and plenty of restaurants. It's also close main roads to you the city or mountains quickly.

I've been renovating my little house and in April 2023 all bedrooms will get new windows!

You'll also have your own laundry area and plenty rooms in the house. The yard is great for dogs and just gives you a bit of space from neighbors.

Charming 3br 2b in Littleton
Perfect place for our family. Host was super helpful. Home was clean and had everything we needed and more. Pictures were accurate. I would recommend this property for those staying in the area.
