You will be near restaurants and amazing local attractions, including Missiles and More Museum, Jolly Roger Pier, Bush Marina, Quarter Moon Books & Gifts, Topsail Beach Skating Rink, and Topsail Beach Pickleball Courts. You'll also love being blocks away from putt-putt and Topsail Island shopping district and a short stroll from Serenity Point, located at the quiet south end, away from beach traffic. Ride bikes to the ice cream shop after a fun day in the sun. (Adult and children's bikes are provided!)

As you enter this sound-front coastal oasis, a flight of stairs brings you to the second level, where a family room and three bedrooms await. The main bedroom enjoys access to the balcony and an en suite bathroom. The other two bunk bedrooms share a full bathroom. You can also find a designated laundry area with a washer/dryer on this level.

The third level boasts the main living space along with another primary suite. Discover a spacious open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Prepare memorable meals in the open chef's kitchen with golden accents throughout, then enjoy your meal indoors or outdoors at the waterfront dining table on the balcony. The third-floor balcony also offers unobstructed views. Back inside, the living room provides a wonderful spot to create everlasting memories - play board games, plan your next adventures, or simply chat with each other. The spacious main suite boasts a desk, a private balcony, and an en suite bath with double vanity and a walk-in shower.
