Other amazing local attractions include Vineyards Community Park, Clam Pass Park, Artis—Naples, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, Naples Zoo At Caribbean Gardens, Naples Botanical Garden, and Barefoot Beach County Preserve.

When it comes to outdoor living, this house is unbeatable! Discover a large, screened lanai with a sparkling heated pool and covered and uncovered areas for dining and relaxing. Outside the lanai, you will find a gas grill and a firepit surrounded by comfortable chairs. This is a wonderful spot to gather for some storytelling while roasting s'mores or treating your friends to barbecued burgers or hot dogs.

Inside, this air-conditioned home enjoys a split bedroom floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The living room invites you to spread out comfortably as you find an entertaining show or movie on the large TV. This area opens onto a screened porch with a lounge area and ceiling fans overlooking the pool area. The eat-in kitchen was recently remodeled with a contemporary flair and is appointed with all stainless steel appliances, all new countertops and backsplash, and a large dining area. The main bedroom boasts a TV and a redone en suite bathroom with an elegant soaking tub. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and free high-speed WiFi.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
