About this property

The Official Collins Lake Resort Building J Chalet #29

Welcome to the fantastic Chalet #29! This 1,250-square foot, eight-sleeper is a newly redecorated mountain-adventure-themed townhouse that is family and dog-friendly and centrally located in Government Camp. It is near several local eateries, retail shops, and countless winter and summer outdoor recreational activities. Explore Meadows, Timberline, and The Adventure Park at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl, and enjoy summer activities such as hiking, biking, bird watching, canoeing, and fishing.

Revel in all the comforts of home with spectacular views from this spacious, redecorated, and inviting chalet. There is plenty of room for family and friends to spread out and make memories after a day of adventure with sleeping arrangements, including two king-size beds, an extra-long pyramid bunk bed (twin over full), and a leather queen-size sofa sleeper.

The living space on the main floor is newly renovated. Prepare meals in the generously equipped kitchen with newly installed stainless-steel appliances, or enjoy a hot espresso drink from the complimentary Keurig. After a day on the slopes, snuggle up in front of the cozy gas fireplace on the leather furniture, pour yourself a drink, play with the games provided, or put your feet up in the spacious family room with premium cable and free Wi-Fi. There are three TVs in this chalet, too! A leather couch that transforms into a  queen sofa bed comfortably sleeps two adults/teenagers. A gas Webber BBQ on the deck is set up to enjoy the evenings with a drink on the terrace.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed plus an open den with an extra-long pyramid bunk bed (twin over full) large enough to comfortably sleep adults. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is an additional bathroom down the hall, totaling two full bathrooms on the top level. All units are stocked with enough towels to meet the maximum occupancy and extra blankets.

After an exciting day, pull right into the lower-level heated garage and throw your adventure gear on the boot dryer before heading upstairs to relax or enjoy a game of foosball in the bonus area with two extra couches. A large washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience. Guests will enjoy the family-friendly amenities (including games, foosball, toys, a Pack ‘N Play, and a solid snow sled) and an indoor heated garage with bonus storage space.

This chalet is set well back from highway noise and steps away from the Creekhouse Lodge and pool, with easy access to the resort entrance on icy days. This chalet is an excellent base for adventure in the wider Government Camp area. Relax and enjoy your stay at Chalet #29!

Feel free to bring Fido; this unit is pet-friendly with a warm atmosphere. The chalet is well maintained, with many new features and additions in 2022.

As our guest, you'll enjoy exclusive access to the Gold VIP Rewards Program at Collins Lake Resort and an on-site front desk team ready to answer your questions.

Please keep in mind this home is heated by gas and has a gas fireplace. There is no air conditioning.
