Bright and charming penthouse apartment with, "a window that looks out on Corcovado," in a privileged location at the heart of iconic Ipanema! 2 blocks from the beach at Posto 9 and steps from Parque Nossa Senhora da Paz and its subway station. Ideal for couples and small families who want a safe and quiet stay in close proximity to world class shopping, dining, and beach-going.

This unique 2 bedroom penthouse apartment is our Rio home and where we stay when we visit this beautiful city. We love the Ipanema neighborhood for its lively attitude, sophistication and all the amenities it has to offer. Guests will enjoy a spacious living room, dining room, and 2 tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed, tv, ample closet space, and French doors opening up onto a sunny and tranquil veranda, extending the length of the apartment and offering views of the Christ statue and the Ipanema skyline. The apartment is located in a secure building with a doorman on duty. Bem vindo!

Apartment is located on the 9th floor. Elevator stops on the 8th floor. Guests will take one flight of stairs to access penthouse.
We do not allow smoking anywhere in the apartment or building. Lighting candles or fires of any kind are also not permitted.
We request guests please clean sand off themselves and any beach items before returning to the apartment.

Spacious, well-appointed, beautiful apartment
I loved our stay in this airy space, perfectly located near the beach, the lake, shopping, and restaurants. There was an amazing Farmer’s Market on Friday right on the next block. Grocery store, pharmacy, coffee, and lots of other convenience within a few steps. I would not pass up this gem!
