Grill on our beautiful deck and enjoy the view! Conveniently located 3 minutes from Dillsboro and Tuckasegee River, 5 minutes from Downtown Sylva, 10 minutes to WCU, 15 minutes to Cherokee & Casino, 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and 20 minutes to Bryson City. Fireplace, firepit for smores, and relaxing on the outdoor deck. Comfort, relaxation and fun await!

Great house, great views
We had a great overnight at Balsam Haven! Perfect spot to watch the sunrise. Everything we could need in the house. The deck is perfect, and having a fenced in side yard is really nice for our dogs. House was clean with lots of little touches to make our stay very pleasant. Will be back again if it’s not booked!
