Beach House with Private Pool & Grill!

Minimum age to book is 25! NEWLY REMODELED! 3bed/2Ba house with a private pool & yard - LESS THAN 1 BLOCK FROM BEACH, sleeps 10! Enjoy this super clean house with a stylish retro beach design, fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes/blender etc and ready to enjoy friends and family with an open concept counter. There is access to the Washer and Dryer downstairs, an outdoor shower for quick rinses of you and your gear, as well as a Charcol Gill outside to cook a delicious dinner after a full day in the sun.
Two bedrooms have Queen beds and the third has two bunkbeds (4 single beds) - great for a kids bunk room! There is also a pull out couch in the living room! Enjoy the spiral staircase to the 2nd level! Pool and Jacuzzi may be heated and turned on for charge of $25 per day This is NOT included in the booking price. This is only available October through April . Must BOOK TO GET CODE to access heating system

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and have a deposit hold of $500

Incredible Getaway
Property had everything we needed and very close to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The private pool was definitely a plus. Would highly recommend if you are staying on SPI. Property manager was amazing!

Great vacation home
Overall everything was great with the house. The property manager was available and responded quickly if we needed anything. It property is located behind a stripes which was so convenient. Definitely will be staying here again.

Great time in South Padre
Came with a fun group of friends and we all had a blast. We did love the gas station being so close and how easy it made it. The beaches were a short walk and were beautiful! There was a lot of house siding by the pool which was unfortunate and not convenient. House or property manager was very easy to talk to and helpful. We enjoyed our stay to say the least!
