When you want to explore more of Davenport and beyond, popular attractions like Walt Disney World and Universal Studios are within quick driving distance. Orange Lake Golf and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line are both close by as well.

Professionally decorated and incredibly spacious, the interior of your stay maximizes family time. The chef's kitchen features granite countertops, updated appliances, and a walk-in pantry. The living room overlooks the private pool and boasts comfortable seating and a smart TV. The little ones of the family will adore the game room's toys and bright pops of color. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
