Bring the family,as this is a true 4 bedroom townhome with plenty of room for all those guest.
1 bedroom is downstairs. 3 bedrooms upstairs. Owner just purchased and has added many upgrades.

This Amazing Community is just across the street from the Beach. With a private Beachside pool at the restaurant. Community has a huge Island play pool with 9 other pools .
All FREE Things to do in the community: Pickle Ball courts, Play grounds,18 hole Putt Putt court. Tennis courts, Shuffle board, Fitness room.

Close to Pier Park shopping, restaurants, festivals, activities and fun. Yet not far from old Panama City downtown area for some antique shopping on a late afternoon.

Beach Access from the house is a 3-5 minute walk. Depends on your stride.

Gulf Dream is professionally cleaned and maintained per CDC. Our owner concierge team Ray & Tina Starling & their team at The Starling Team beach rentals double inspect for quality assurance.

Attention: Please note that our age requirement policy One (1) parent or gaurdian of the age of 21.

Security Peace of Mind: with our state of the art door lock system, lock codes change with each rental. The home is equipped with deadbolts in addition to the entry locks. No worring about who else has access to your vacation rental.

The home is NOT pet friendly. Any unauthorized pet on premises will cost you $1,500.00 fee and you will be ask to leave immediately with no refunds.

Perfect condo dont think twice
From the time i booked until we left I didn't have to worry. Mrs. Tina was there to answer any and all questions. I will definitely be back again soon!

We LOVED it here!
Our stay at Ray and Tina's was perfect! We started a little bit rocky, but Ray and Tina were both accommodating and helpful. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. Even the "starter" supply of items was more than enough for our 5 member group (which says a lot about them as wonderful hosts). The beach access is literally across the street! The community is gated and quiet and everything was well within a few minutes drive so the location was great too. We had such a great time here and it'll be "our spot" each time we visit PCB! Thank you Ray and Tina for being great.

Great Location
Communication wasn't great. I asked Tina how I needed to send the waiver for the golf cart. She asked me to text it, which I did, 3 weeks before the trip, knowing that the week we left was extremely busy for me and I would have that out of the way. I asked for Tina to please let me know if she received it. No response. I asked again a few days later, no response. I asked a 3rd time and she said she would check. After that, again, no response. 2 days before the trip, she messages me and says she can't open it and to email the info to her. So, while I was at work, I had to take 45 minutes to get the info together again, scan it to my email and then email it to her which is what I had tried to avoid. At check in, some of our party got there 30 minutes early and I called Tina to see if we could go in early. She told me to call Ray and he had to verify with Tina that we had sent the golf cart waiver so he could tell us where the key was, as it was parked in one of the parking spaces. The air in the condo didn't work. We were hot the whole time. I messaged and got no response for hours. Then when I did get a response they kept asking if we were leaving the patio door open, which we did not. It was 83 degrees in the condo at some points. We packed up and left two hours before check out because it was so hot and drove home drenched in sweat,. The area and location were great but I would not recommend this particular condo.

Lovely Spring Break Spot
The condo was very nice, clean and good space. The beach club had great food and was really fun. Beaches are just beautiful white sand. We took a cameraman ride out to Schell island that was fantastic. Lots of local good seafood too. The hosts were responsive and helpful overall. The golf cart is great fun way to get around. I think the value of the whole trip was excellent.

The neighborhood is amazing, the Beach Club has the amazing views, and the restaurant being right on the sand works well with the children and those quick chicken bites. All of the pools , the putt putt, the playgrounds keeps the children busy.

What makes this property unique

All of the amazing activities that are right in the community! The proximity to Wal Mart, Beach Stores all help out for an amazing beach gettaway.
