Open space with convenience and a special charm for your next Philadelphia trip. We offer free wifi and a location that is walking distance to the subway, cafes, restaurants, shopping, grocery, and more. Business guests are welcomed, long term use is also welcomed. Each reservation is handled with care and our commitment to offer a home away from home feel. Please feel free to ask us for any special accommodations in advance of your visit.

This is a ground level unit. Street parking is available, but can be difficult at times. The front door opens up into the unit and there is a sitting area and a bedroom area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen area. We offer starter items for your stay, including towels, garbage bags, sheets, plates, cups, and more.

There are other units in the building, but you do not have to share areas. This is a private rental, located right at the outer bounds of the center city area. There is a Target store nearby, and a grocery store. We are near Washington Ave. and just off of South Broad street.

Kind Owner not the best area
For out of towners, this area was not the easiest to navigate. Without a car, taking the train made the most sense and the Philly train system wasn’t easy to navigate and was not the friendliest place to be either. It’s worth the extra to stay in the Center City area where it’s easier to navigate and most all the activities are located at.

Great studio apartment
I had a great experience staying here. It's plenty of room for 1-2 people. Location is really close to a great grocery store and a couple of restuarants/ shops, and a close walk to center city.

Our weekend getaway
Cute little apartment with a cozy way about it. Host was very accommodating and great communication. The location was perfect, and near tge subway, and stores. We will stay here again next time we visit.
