No welcome phone call even.Poorly equiped "kitchen" Token kettle, toaster,coffee-maker with no ability to plug them in unless you put them on the floor.Not even a single bottle of water in the fridge for "guests" arriving late at night, and no advance warning that you need to go to 7-11 to get SURVIVAL supplies before arriving at property.Missing light bulbs. Dead batteries in remote controls. RIPPED SOFA COVERS.No owners "tips and reccomendations" No vistors book for obvious reasons. No maid service. In fact NOTHING MOST PEOPLE EXPECT FROM THEIR HOLIDAY RENTAL COMPANY THESE DAYS. This property felt unloved and uncared for,so did the customer.
