On the property is a private antique and artisan museum the estate owner has collected over 45 years. Located near the country village of Avon is great for antiquing, restaurants, groceries, town festivals, and a stroll around the town square. You are minutes from Genesee Country Museum, Genesee Valley Railroad Museum, National Warplane Museum, NYS Transportation Museum, Rochester International Airport, Rochester Institute of Technology, SUNY Geneseo Collage, Caledonia Country Club, Fairview Golf Course, Wild Wood Country Club, Lima Golf and Country Club, Avon Centry Wedding Barn, and Oak Knolles Manor Wedding Barn. The Jerris Wadsworth Wedding Barn is located on the Estate and hosts weddings on Saturdays from May through 2nd week of November.
